Desire and passion surged inside of Red as she looked at her passion. It seemed that everything in her life had brought her to this man and this moment. Every single detail, every happening from her birth to her parents' brutal murder even to just being stuck in this blasted, boring village for so long, had all culminated together to bring her here, and bring them together. She had never been happier, and her endless joy shined in her face even brighter than the silver moonlight that washed over their naked bodies.
Being with Peter felt like magic, and not just mating with him but simply being in his presence. It had since the first day he'd walked her home from school, and unlike Granny's warnings, it never felt like anything bad could possibly happen from their being together and the particular kind of special magic that that wrought. Instead it felt like everything good was possible. If she'd wanted to be a Princess and live in a fairy tale castle, when she held Peter's hand, his strong fingers threaded through hers, she could believe with ease that she could be. She knew, in her deepest heart, that they could do anything, be anything, as long as they were together.
They could be free, truly free, and still return to the village's confines tomorrow so she could care for her grandmother and he his father. Holding hands, they turned side by side and shifted together. Being with Peter had given her a rebirth in many ways. She was no longer afraid of what she was becoming, what they were naturally. There was nothing wrong in anything they did together, and running beside each other in the freedom and power of the night was just another majestic wonder they shared together.
